We enjoyed a lovely Saturday of auctions with warmer temperatures bringing the crowds. The REIV reported a clearance rate of 79% over the weekend, with 905 auctions reported and 718 of those selling. Fletchers network of Eastern suburbs office had fantastic weekend with a success rate of 83% on Saturday.
